When a meet becomes available for signing up an email will be sent out to all parents. The athletes will also be told by the coaches of upcoming meets. The deadline will be explained and in most cases cannot be extended, due to requirements of the team hosting the meet. Sign-ups will be on the clipboard above the mail envelops on the second floor outside the office and viewing area. The child or parent must sign up; this informs the coaches who will be able to attend the meet. The coaches will then pick the events and inform the athletes of what events they are swimming.
